How does pricing work?

Flat monthly rate based on your headcount and environment, not billed per ticket or per incident. We start with a free assessment of your current setup so any proposal reflects what you actually have, not a generic package.

What's included in the free assessment?

A review of your network, endpoints, backups, and security posture, the same categories an IT risk assessment covers. You get a plain-English report of what's working, what's not, and roughly what it would cost to fix, with no obligation to become a client.

How long does onboarding take?

Most new clients are fully onboarded within one to two weeks: documenting your environment, deploying monitoring and security tools, and setting up the account management relationship. Urgent issues get addressed immediately, onboarding doesn't have to finish first.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Bonita Springs and provide on-site support throughout Collier and Lee counties, including Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, and Marco Island, plus remote support for cloud-based systems anywhere.

Included by default in every managed IT plan. Endpoint detection and response, email security, multi-factor authentication, and dark web monitoring aren't sold as a premium upsell later.

Yes. We build HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for medical and dental practices, including encrypted communications, access controls, audit logging, and the documentation you'd need to show in a compliance review.

Managed clients have immutable backups and a documented recovery plan specifically built to survive that scenario. If an incident happens, our managed cybersecurity includes incident response: containing the threat, assessing the damage, and getting you back to normal.

Most of our clients run 5 to 75 employees: enough that IT problems cost real time and money, not enough to justify a full in-house IT department.

Can we keep our internal IT person and still work with you?

Yes. Some clients keep a part-time internal contact for hands-on daily needs and lean on us for the deeper bench: security monitoring, infrastructure, and after-hours coverage. The two aren't mutually exclusive.
